We came to Bialka Tatrzanska for one night, everything was nice. The rooms were brand-new with mountain view, a mountain view terrace plus balkony, no reason to complain. The location was absolutely perfect, right by restaurant and mountains in better atmosphere than in Poland. Spent our evenings in nearby Zajazd Pstrag enjoying drinks and atmosphere🙂

The restaurant served absolutely delicious Polish, local, and European cuisine. The nearest airport, Poprad-Tatry Airport, made my departure a breeze. The buffet breakfast options were so extensive, I couldn't decide what to try first.

Oh, I just love it when I have to cook on vacation! The kitchenware and stovetop in the apartment were just what I needed to make my stay feel like home.

Lovely wood-style hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. the balcony offered a beautiful view and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. the hotel also had a great restaurant with delicious food. the highlight was the kids' game room in the restaurant, which allowed for a peaceful meal. the hotel was conveniently located near Terma Bania, a great place to relax in warm water.

The housekeeping service was a bit inconvenient as they always showed up in the late afternoon when I was back from skiing. Parking spaces were also limited, which was a drawback for guests with cars.

check in was early, hotel was beautiful, locations was absolutely perfect really close to the ski lifts. the room was beautiful, wonderful with a mountain view terrace and the overall experience was pleasant. there were central heating, multi-channel television, and a fridge. location: the property was next to terma bania and mountains in better atmosphere than in poland. we tried some restaurants, including goralski zwyk which boasted a delicious cuisine.

The room had a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries, making it convenient for getting ready in the morning. The triple room also had a balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the stunning views of Bialka Tatrzanska. As a light sleeper, I was grateful for the air conditioning in the room, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment during times when I wanted to relax and unwind in the room. Having a kitchenette in the suite was a bonus, allowing me to prepare simple meals and snacks at my own convenience.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the kitchenette, but I understand that others might find it useful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Bialka Tatrzanska! The value for money was exceptional, with a newly built and well-maintained room that was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the slopes, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The personnel at Aparthotel Bialczanski went above and beyond when my husband's wedding ring went missing. Everyone, from the restaurant staff to the cleaners and reception, helped us in the search. The brand new hotel is beautifully designed and very close to the slopes. The food was delicious and of great quality, both at breakfast and dinner. They even catered to my dietary requirements at the restaurant. The location is perfect for skiing and visiting the nearby thermal baths.

I spent 8 nights at this lovely hotel for remote work and to be close to nature. The price was amazing compared to what I received. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh ingredients and a changing menu. The room was clean, with a spacious bathroom and a large working table. The wifi was reliable, but could have been faster. I had a room with a mountain view terrace, which was a bonus. The hotel staff allowed me early check-in, a sign of great service. The hotel's location is central but away from the main road, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
